TPO Roofing: Thermoplastic polyolefin
Short for thermoplastic polyolefin, TPO is a single-ply roofing membrane that offers excellent performance. Heat-welded seams provide superior strength. TPO's long-term heat, UV, and natural mildew or algae resistance, plus flexibility without need for plasticizers also make TPO a reliable low-slope roofing system.
The durability and weatherproof properties of This membrane is specifically formulated for long-term weather resistance & high reflectivity helping reduce air conditioning cost great for tropical weather.
TPO Warranties are available for up to 20 years.
Silicone
100% Silicone Roof Coating is formulated to deliver superior waterproofing protection across many types of roof surfaces. This moisture-cure rubber coating forms a chemical bond to the roof surface, delivering exceptional adhesion and a permanent waterproof seal to almost any type of roof. Silicone sealant is a permanent solution on flat roofs and/or for areas that may pond water. The elastic finish will not crack and will last where other coatings fail. Ideal for hot or cool environments, dries to a bright white finish which reflects UV and keeps roof surfaces cooler to help reduce cooling costs. Additionally, low odor and can be applied in a wide range of temperatures.
Modified Membrane (Danosa)
Primarily used on flat or low-slope roofs, modified bitumen can either be installed as a two-layer system (base and cap layers) or as part of a multi-layered system.
Modified bitumen roofing provides superior weatherproofing protection and durability.
It is highly flexible and tear-resistant, easy to repair when damaged, and holds up well against a wide range of temperature changes without losing integrity.

How long does a modified bitumen roof last?
With proper installation, care, and maintenance, modified bitumen roofing has an average life expectancy of 20 years or more.
Tile Roof Leaks
Leaks are a rather complicated problem. To solve it, you need to identify and repair the source of the leak.
Common issues with tile roofs that need attention are:
-
Tiles with minor cracks or holes
-
Broken tiles
-
Build-up of debris in the roof valley
-
Defects in the underlayment
Urethane Foam
Spray polyurethane foam is great for metal roofs that need to be waterproof and insulated.
Self-flashing allows spray foam to be applied faster around all penetrations, including:
-
Parapet walls
-
Vents
-
Pipes
-
HVAC units
-
Skylights
-
Drains
